We Love the Beach

If Griffin had his way we would be at the beach all day long

She loves to kiss the sand as you can see by her lips

Another Wonderful Day

Scott bought him his own fishing pole and they fished for a couple hours. They caught a crab, but no fish, and Griffin couldn't have cared less!

At certain times of the day she won't open her eyes. We think its because she is tired and its too bright, and she was even in the shade.

The Pool is Exhausting!

She actually fell asleep in my arms IN the ocean and then we came back to the pool and she slept for 2 and half hours!

Mt Lookout Swim Club

We got to go to Mt Lookout Swim Club with my mom and my cousins yesterday. There wasn't much swimming done (too many thunderstorms, chilly day and children who would rather be out of the water than in it) but we still had a really good time.

Coney Island Rides

I love taking the kids to Coney Island to do the rides on nice days. They both can ride about 7 rides together and they have a blast! Griffin was even able to do a few more rides this year because he is now taller than 36 inches. This time we also played a million arcade games, thanks to grandma!

Griffin has asked at least 20 times since we have gone to "the land" when we get to go again. Actually, we all had an amazing time. Some of my favorite summertime memories from growing up revolve around going to my grandparents farmhouse in KY. I can't wait for my children to have the same fun memories at their grandparents, too. Thanks Mom and Dad!
