All by Herself

Annabel had just finished eating her dinner and we were cleaning up. We looked over to see she had climbed into her brother's chair and was helping herself to his macaroni-n-cheese, her favorite part and his least favorite part :)

Trapped!

Griffin made a "cozy bed" in his closet the other night, brought my parents up to show them then insisted they stay in there too. Such sweet grandparents, they stayed for longer than I would have!

Lyons' Thanksgiving

We headed to Matt and Megan's last night for the Lyons' Thanksgiving. The kids had a blast playing by themselves in the basement, hence the "clown faces" on Cam and Griffin. They were too proud of their work and Griffin told me, "I did Cam's face and she did mine!" Thank goodness for washable markers.

27 Weeks...

...and we may have decided on a name!

Letters to Santa

BTW- Griffin's first attempt at writing his name happened at Mio's yesterday. It looked like Ciffir but I was still very proud! He wanted nothing to do with writing his name on this one, though.

Despite the toys

Despite all the toys our childrens' favorite thing lately has been building "cozy beds" by taking EVERY pillow and blanket they can find in the house and then nestling themselves in for a "nap". This time it happened to be in mom and dad's bed. In the past it has been in cardboard boxes, toy boxes, closets, etc.

Festival of Lights

Since it is still officially "before Thanksgiving" and we didn't go at night, I have trouble calling this post "Festival of Lights". However, it was the best Festival of Lights we have been to in years. We didn't freeze to death and there were only about 10 other people there. Awesome!

Doing Dishes/Taking a Bath

Griffin and Annabel wanted to wash their play dishes in their kitchen so I filled up the sink, gave them some soap and 10 minutes later this is what I found.

Preschool Thanksgiving Feast

Griffin is sitting across from his best buddy, Logan, who is just the sweetest little boy and who Griffin never stops talking about. His teacher stated that if she had a class full of Griffins and Logans she would be one happy teacher. I took that as quite a compliment :)

Enjoying a Halloween Treat

Smiling so big they can't open their eyes!

Could I be More Proud?

Considering what I do for a living this was pretty awesome to see at preschool today!
